Vision-mission

VISION:

Extending of full medical care to the Insured Persons and their family members .

 

MISSION:

  • Extending of Primary Medical Care to the IP's and their family members through ESI Dispensaries through IMP System,
  • Providing Out-Patient, In-Patient and specialty services to the beneficiaries through ESI Hospitals.
  • Providing Ambulance services at ESI Hospitals
  • Providing of Super-specialty, Medical care.
  • Continuous supply drugs and Super-specialty drugs to the IP's.
  • Clearance of medical reimbursement bills of IP's within the stipulated period. 
  • Providing of cashless super-specialty medical care like, Cancer, Dialysis treatment to the IP's through Tie-up hospitals. 
  • Providing of artificial limbs, orthopedic implants and Hearing Aids to the IP's.
  • Conducting of Health Check up camps.

  • 4. "Subordinate Department/Office" में क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय का चयन करें
  • 5. शिकायत का विवरण दें .

Instructions

You are being directed to CPGRAM website. You would be asked to Register with CPGRAM if not already registered. Registered users can login directly using their CPGRAM user ID and password.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
